Authentic Rinjani and its affiliates will not be liable to you or any third party for any unauthorized transactions made using your account or login credentials; and

Booking Agreement & User Warranties
By making a reservation for any Product through the Authentic Rinjani Website, you acknowledge that you accept the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
In addition, you warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older;
You possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and use this Website;
You are making a legitimate booking either for yourself or on behalf of others for whom you are legally authorized to act;
All information you provide in connection with the booking is truthful, accurate, and complete.
You agree to use the booking functionality of this Website solely to make genuine and lawful reservations. Any false, speculative, or fraudulent reservation is strictly prohibited. Users who violate this condition may have their Authentic Rinjani account suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.
Modifications & Amendments
All requests to modify or amend an existing booking must be directed to the Authentic Rinjani Customer Support Team, who will assist you in processing the request. Please also review our Payment & Cancellation section below for further details regarding cancellation policies.
Authentic Rinjani does not charge a fee for amending or rescheduling the dates of an existing booking, provided that the request is received more than two (2) days before your scheduled trek start date.
All modification and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by our team and/or our local service partners. Authentic Rinjani cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
For date-change requests made within two (2) days or less of your confirmed trek date, we will make every effort to accommodate you; however, such changes may be subject to additional fees.
For multi-day or overnight treks, any date-change request made within seven (7) days of your confirmed trek start date may also incur additional charges.
If you booked using an Authentic Rinjani promotional code, discount, or special offer during checkout, please note that changing your itinerary may void your discount. Authentic Rinjani may, at its sole discretion, honor the discount even after a change, but we reserve the right to withdraw promotional pricing if the itinerary is modified after booking.
From time to time, our team or local partners may make necessary changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, group sizes, age requirements, or other features of our trekking packages. Therefore, Authentic Rinjani reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute any service, tour, or product you have booked on our Website, at any time and for any reason.
If we must cancel or significantly alter your trek or package after you have booked, and you are not satisfied with the alternative options offered, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original payment made.
Whenever we are notified in advance by our team or service providers about a significant change affecting your trek, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you, your travel agent, or other booking representative as early as possible, and work with you to amend or reissue your booking.
Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
All prices listed on the Authentic Rinjani Website are per person, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Prices are based on local tariffs at the time of quotation and may be converted into foreign currencies using the prevailing exchange rate determined by Authentic Rinjani at the time of listing.
All price quotations are subject to change without prior notice until your booking has been confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, your rate is locked in and will not be affected by future price adjustments.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include additional local taxes or usage fees, such as:
Security or porterage fees
Environmental or waste management charges
Customs, immigration, or other government-imposed levies
Transportation taxes or inter-island departure fees
Prices also exclude the following:
Tips or gratuities for trekking guides, porters, or drivers
Passport or visa application fees
Travel insurance or personal medical insurance
Personal items (e.g., snacks, drinks not listed, or gear rentals)
Food or beverages not explicitly stated under “Inclusions” on the specific tour package page
We encourage all trekkers to carefully review the “Inclusions” and “Exclusions” listed on each trekking package before booking, and to contact us directly with any questions
Payment Processing
Under this Agreement, payment processing services for trekking packages and services purchased through the Authentic Rinjani Website are provided by:
Midtrans (for local Indonesian payment gateways, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and credit cards),
PayPal (for international payments using major credit/debit cards or PayPal balance), or
Manual Bank Transfers (for direct payments to our company’s Indonesian bank account),
depending on the type of payment method selected at the time of booking.
You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the selected payment processor, and to ensure that all payment information provided is accurate, complete, and authorized for use.
Travel Documents, Entry Requirements & Travel Risks
When booking international travel arrangements through the Authentic Rinjani Website, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you meet all applicable entry requirements and possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits required by Indonesia or any other country you may travel through.
Please consult the relevant embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date information on visa, passport, and entry requirements. These regulations may change at any time, and Authentic Rinjani accepts no responsibility or liability for travelers who are denied boarding, entry, or transit due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
As visa, health, and vaccination requirements are subject to change without notice, we strongly advise you to:

Consult with your doctor regarding vaccination recommendations and any health precautions relevant to visiting Lombok and trekking Mount Rinjani;

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover your trekking experience. This may include coverage for:
Trip cancellations or interruptions,
Medical emergencies or evacuation,
Lost or delayed baggage,
Weather-related delays or force majeure.
If you cancel or significantly alter your trip, your travel insurance policy may reimburse eligible expenses. Be sure to read your policy carefully for terms and exclusions.

While most trips, including those to Indonesia, are completed safely, certain destinations may carry inherent risks. We encourage you to review any official travel advisories or warnings issued by your government before booking international travel.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Authentic Rinjani or any of its owners, employees, directors, affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or costs of substitute goods or services — arising out of or in any way connected to:
Your use of this Website;
Your inability to use or access this Website;
Any delay or failure in performance;
Booking or use of any services or products made available through this Website;

Your booking or use of any trekking package, product, or service obtained through this Website;
Your negligent, reckless, or intentional misconduct.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement and your use of the Website.
